Founded in 1993, Mylestone is the evolved stone brand of First Megatop Granite Sdn Bhd, built on over three decades of craftsmanship, engineering discipline, and material expertise.
From its beginnings as a stone trading business, Mylestone has grown into a fully integrated stone partner—delivering curated materials, precision fabrication, and end-to-end installation for residential, commercial, and architectural projects across Malaysia.

Our journey began with a simple but defining realization: Without control over the process, quality is only a promise.
In the early years, challenges in stone processing taught us the importance of accountability — leading us to invest in our own factory, develop proprietary structural techniques, and take full ownership of fabrication and installation.
This philosophy became the foundation of our growth.
As our name evolved from MegaTop Trading to First Megatop, and now to Mylestone our values remained unchanged. Hands-on involvement, clear responsibility, and relentless commitment to quality. Every project we undertake carries this legacy — grounded, practical, and built to endure.

Founder
Mr. Loh Ah Koon
Starting as a stone mason’s apprentice, he has risen to become an industry leader. Through over 30 year’ of hands-on work, he is nearly a Wikipedia of stone physical properties, process logic, and installation challenges. From personally handling early-stage fabrication, measurement, and installation to overseeing current project decisions and team direction, he insists on one thing: Critical steps must be personally overseen.
Second Generation Leader
Mr. Loh Sin Joo
Leader of brand innovation and design development. He grew up from the front lines , mastering the full workflow from concept to installation.
Today, he is merging traditional craftsmanship with modern design and technology, actively exploring new methods to propel the brand forward.
Head of Projects & Process Technology
Mr. Loh Soon Seng
A technical leader with 17 years at the company, he started as an apprentice under the founder’s guidance and grew into an all-around expert.
Deeply involved from drawing review to on-site problem-solving, he ensures the “Artisan Spirit” is faithfully executed in every project, bridging design with reality.
